Runner’s and cyclist’s logbooks are distributed through the specialist running and cycling stores and can also be used as a marketing handout when big-ticket items are bought. We do offer the service of customising the covers and the cost depends on quantities, number of colours etc. Our in-house graphic designer can design a suitable cover.  We charge for artwork at R300 per hour plus materials. The economical print run is 300 or more. We can do less but the price per book does go up.

Following requests for a triathlete's logbook a unique book has been developed for the duathlete / triathlete. The main features are:

• Track swimming, cycling, running on a single line.

• 11 charts of 5 weeks per chart with weekly totals.
• Graphs in the front to track your trends.
• Equipment log.
• Injury log to record how the injury was treated
• Column for entering a programme with heart rate ranges.

• Designed to be used by duathletes and cross training as well.

Developed by a Chartered Accountant, specifically for recipients of car allowances. It could also be used as a normal logbook. The main features of the logbook are:

• 12 pages for recording distances - one page per month.
• Column for the business reason for the claim of mileage.
• Column for odometer reading.
• Summary of the 12 months log and calculation sheet for tax claim.
• The latest deemed tax rates.
• Section for recording actual expenses.
• Details of car cost and registration etc. can be recorded on the inside front cover.

Car logbooks are great as a marketing handout. We also offer the services of customising the logbook, particularly the cover. This will however be the subject of a separate quote.
